Any thought or action that is guided by kindness and a shared sense of oneness. The recognition that we share a common interest to end the belief in fear and separation which brings a sense of inner peace and joy. A kind, fulfilled way of being that brings true purpose to a lifetime.

LoveLove has no opposite because in reality, fear does not exist. Love is your reality. True love is not romantic love or the special love you may have for someone near and dear. True love is universal, unconditional love that excludes no one and no thing. True love does not have varying degrees. There is only one, all-inclusive love and we each share one all-inclusive purpose to awaken to it as our reality. Heartfelt love merges your mind into the oneness of all. Love is not something you do, it’s something you experience. Whether a marriage partner, friend, family member, pet or business associate, this universal form of love can be reflected in all relationships. The manner in which it is expressed is of course, unique and appropriate to each type of relationship. Fear is false, love is true. Because love is who you are, love does not require effort. It is not forced or willed. Although your behavior may be influenced by love, the extension of love is not conditional to any particular action or behavior. In truth, you give love but to yourself, and you’ll know your love to be true when you feel it increase as you “give it away.” It only takes one to know and demonstrate true love. If not you then who?
